I can NOT use store coupons such as Target(ect) has to be MANUFACTURER coupons that can be used at any store, however I can use coupons that have logos on them as long as they are manufacturer coupons and not store coupon. I can NOT use expired coupons at all! I like coupons that are for one item unless they are buy one get one free.

I can use printables that are in color! and I can use more than one of the coupons from my wishlist.

Due to wal-marts new coupon rules I can now use store Catalinas as long as they say Manfacturer coupons on them

Time off

I took one month off from coupons for my stockpile was starting to over fill my stockpile space. Then we also went to Desneyworld on vacation. I am now ready to get my coupons bulit back up so I can go shopping for I hate to go without them. Paying $250 a week for my walmart shopping tirp is just crazy to me when I know I can do it for $50 to $60.

Here are all 4 of my kids on vaction this year at disneyworld..fist vacation in 6 years..LOL we had ot save to pay for this one...

Coupon OCD

Ok I kid you not. I think I have some form of Coupon OCD for I cant shop without coupons in my hand. I only buy things that we use, so I am not wasting money on things we dont use just because I have a coupon like I hear so many people tell me they will do. I cant stop shopping for I keep getting things for free or for only pennies on the dollar. I dont have much room for stockpile stuff so this makes for a problem for me. I dont have a room or my carport packed with stuff but I do have alot of stuff all the same. My teen boys friends say my house is like a store,LOL they ask for something and I have something close to it if I dont have the item. I tell them thats becuase each family uses about the same items and that we swap from item to item is I have a couopon and its cheaper as long as the item is as good or taste as good as the brand we would have had to pay full price for. I tell them that with coupons and sales I can get 5 of something that where everyone else will get one for that same cost, so since I know we will use I take the 5 items..
Like Kroger the past few weeks they have just been giving things away. Pizza rolls which my kids love were on sale for .94 the 15ct I had .50/1 coupons that doubled so those were free. Chef boyardee was only like .12 with my coupons..then this week they have e coupons for charmin $2 and bounty paper towels $2 and they are on sale for $5.99 so that coupon makes them $3.99 each then I have kroger cats(kroger money) for $3 so I will pay .99 and tax for 12 double rolls of Tp and .99 for 8 mega rolls of bounty paper towels..so stcok up time! well I can get two of each..

I hear people talking all the time about how much thinsg cost and what they have to do without because of the price of things but I dont see those people shop with even one coupon.. Like today there was a story about this poor family on my internet home page that made me sick...it was about how they could hardly feed themself and 3 kids because they both lost their job and are on unemplyment.. well they have a car payment sell that! buy a cheap one that will have no payment! down grade all the things you can if not turn them off such as internet,cable, cell phones I am for down grading to the basic packages but if I still could not make then cut them off.
The women made $20 a hour the man was doing construction work so he was making ok money to. With to uneployment checks I would say they still bring in $600 a week which is pretty good money for around here. I think they need to stop trying to keep up with the Jones so to say and live in their means...(like so many other need to)
They need to PICK up a FEW coupons and make some changes in their life instead of telling other what a hard time they are having so maybe they can get handouts from everyone..People like this needs to wake up smell the coffee for alot of use live on what they do each week and we are not blaming all our problems on that..Oh yeh they are saying they are heading for dorvice becasue of money, I say thats crap for they are not that broke yet with $600 a week comming in, they are heading ofr dorvice because they are with each other 24/7 since there is no job in the house..LOL They need to grow up!
That was a vent I guess...just sick of hearing about all this as if we have $1,000's to live on each week. We live on what they do each week and we make the most of it.

Santa and the Twins

Santa was at the mall so we took the twins to see him today. The line was not to bad nothing like what I thought it would be like. They both sat on his lap and we had a picture took. Alex was taling his head off but Julia aka Asmeralda did not talk much she just smiled at him in a shy way LOL thats one thing she is not! I guess she was thinking of all the things she done and knew better before she even done them like writting on the wall.
I done a little shopping but not like other people I was seeing, people had bags and bags of stuff, so I guess they had money this weekend...

I hope that if you all have had a good year you pay it forward by doing at least one small thing to help some chlid have a Merry Christmas this year.

Christmas

Well its almost here again. When I was a kid it seemed to take forever for Christmas to get here now its here and gone in the blink of a eye. I wish I could shop for my kids like I really want to but on one income that is really hard to do but at the same time I know that we are lucky to have one income for so many families dont right now. When I was a kid we never had much for Christmas and it was always what we needed not what we wantted that we got even as a very small child thats how it was. My grandmother would buy a huge bag of scoks and everyone got one pair if they fit or not. As I look back now I know that we were not as bad off as my grandparents made us think and feel like we were because I remember things they done for themselves that cost $$ but the kids done without so they could have those items so as a I see that if anyone has things they want its my kids to some point. Well me and my cousin Christy was just happy not to get beat yes I said beat for nothing on that day by our grand dad. The gifts were never much to look forward to but the candy box was always great..This was the only time that we got fresh fruit,nuts and candy, no i am not kidding..They would have a box under my grand parents bed with a bag or oranges,apples, and thre or four bags of nuts then some cnady that we got to eat after the gifts were open and let me tell you non went to waste. My mom lived with me but she was treated like a kid also she had no say so about things and pretty much done what they told her to(she was 21 when I was born),she worked and they took her check...As a grown up I try to do my kids the way I would have liked to be done when I was a child and there is no way in hell anyone would ever give them the kind of beatings we had as a child. Yes I am upset at my mom about all those years but I know that all the things I went threw as a child made me the person I am today.
Sorry I guess this is a vent of sort. I was setting here looking at my tree and just started thinking about things plus I have a brother that is 11 years younger then me that never had it as bad as I did because I was a bold at 13 and made changes by taking a stand on the the beatings with a crowbar in my hand(that I would have used) but even tho he had it somewhat better than I did he know has step kids that he treats almost as bad as I was as a child. He is lazy dont work their mom works part time but cant afford Christams gift on her pay and live so she has to ask the state, churches and such for help. The kids will get a gift but more and likely nothing they really want, then he dont beat them but he talks to them like they are crap(just as bad) He wont even let them drink things if they are thristy on when he thinks they need a drink even water. He fixes there plate and they must eat everything on it or set there until they do and they cant ever eat between meals.

My stockpile

This is still not all of the stuff. I keep finding really checp stuff that we use often so its hard not to take the stores up on the sell when I have coupons to go with it that makes it almost free. I mean why buy one and pay full price when I can get 4 for the pirce of one if not free.

Today I got 20 cans of Del Monte green beans for .20 a can, why not when they cost $1.12 regular price..4 big bottles of scope for .99 each after price matching and coupons was $3.89 each..
